In order to make a good tasty beef enchiladas the following ingrediences are needed

  1. Garlic ,onion, cumin
  2. Paprika ,oregano, cayenne
  3. Flour
  4. Beef
  5. Beans
  6. Refried beans

  8. Onion and garlic
  9. Chicken broth

When selecting your ingredience, please note these

  1. Refried beans are the ones that gives out juicy, big, plump enchiladas when fills out the beef mixture. Don’t miss.
  2. Black beans adds a texture to the filling. You can also add red peppers or capsicum also to get the texture filling vivid.
  3. Homemade Enchilada sauce that is made from a mixer of tomato sauce with a Tex-mex spices.
  4. Beef, pork, chicken or turkey will hold for a recipe for beef enchiladas.

My secret tip: Beef filling and enchilada sauce can be mixed with one spice, to save time!


This Mexican dinner enchiladas is a 45 minutes cook. Follow these steps on preparing and cooking it

  2. Mix out enchilada sauce with spice mix
  3. Mix both beef and been filling, with spice mix on it, and heat them for a while
  4. Mix beef and been filling with homemade enchilada sauce and keep on boiling them (cook)
  5. When they are ready you can wrap then on flour tortillas
  6. A good hit of spices and splash of enchiladas sauce would work the magic!

After 45 minutes your enchiladas will be ready, you can try them with

  1. Corn salad with avocado
  2. Grilled corn
  3. Cabbage salad
  4. Mexican salsa
